Giving into Death

She felt that no one loved her,
She felt that no one cared,
She always wanted to share her thoughts,
But never had she dared.

She felt like she was all alone,
With no one there to hear,
She felt as if she didn't matter,
And death she did not fear.

She felt as if the sun had gone,
And darkness had set in.
She felt that she would never be,
Quite the same again.

That's when she thought to end it all.
In one last painful breath,
She felt no more; the pain inside,
Giving into Death.
